Description
Intense ruby color . Floral and fruity aroma, with toasted barrel backgrounds. The palate is broad, with excellent evolution. Little by little, touches of blonde and mint awaken to complement your aroma palette.
Ideal pairing with pâtés, duck confit, rice with meat or vegetables (carreteiro style rice), charcuterie, roasted or grilled veal, Ragu and Cassoulet.
Red violet. Sweet nose, blackberries, raspberry, dark chocolate, mint, liqueur. In the mouth it is juicy, with medium tannin, saline, mineral. Long-winded.
